Every month I bake a completely new selection of small batch, handmade cakes and brownies. Here's what's in the boxes this month.

THE TASTING BOX
Three cakes and three brownies, all different flavours.
- Jam & Custard Cake - Soft custard sponge with a layer of raspberry jam and a proper custard buttercream. Nostalgic, summery, and a little bit joyful.
- Cherry Victoria Sandwich - A classic Victoria sandwich filled with cherry jam and classic buttercream. The cherries are a lovely twist on the traditional.
- Lime & Coconut Cake - Zesty lime sponge with coconut topped with a sharp lime drizzle and finished with a sprinkle of toasted coconut. Like sunshine in a cake!
- Salted Caramel Brownie - Dense, fudgy chocolate brownie with a ribbon of salted caramel running through the middle. One of our most loved flavours for good reason.
- Fruit & Nut Brownie - Rich dark chocolate brownie studded with juicy sultanas and toasted almonds. Grown-up and deeply satisfying.
- Dark Chocolate Chip Brownie - A white chocolate brownie with chips of dark Belgian chocolate throughout. No distractions. Just very good chocolate.
